Blade Buddy Razor Blade Sharpener for Men and Women by Razor Care – White

Each time you shave, the cutting edge of your blade becomes more and more dull, until you finally start experiencing uncomfortable tugging, and unwanted nicks, cuts, razor burn and ingrown hair. That’s when you know it’s time to pull out a new blade.

Blade Buddy’s patented technology prevents your blade from wearing out prematurely, by repairing the minute deformations that cause this dulling effect.

When used before each shave, Blade Buddy maintains your blade’s sharpness, insuring a close and comfortable shave – each time you shave – while extending the life of your blade from days to months.

  • Experience a consistently close and comfortable shave – each time you shave – day after day.

Jury is deliberating Final: It is only July 7th and already the blade is beyond usable, falling considerably short of expectations and 2 weeks short of even matching my no-cost solution. (Total days in use = 40, or 5.7 weeks). I meticulously followed the instructions on the use of the Blade Buddy. Others seemed to have had much more success with this than I did but for me, it is not something I would buy again nor recommend to someone I know.Updated 05/28/2012: I had originally written the review shown…

I was skeptical but it works as advertised. I admit, I was skeptical when I first saw this advertised. Seemed like a gimmick. And I confess that I make disposable razor blades last a long time. I usually use them for one to two months, only changing when I feel like I am shaving with a microplane grater. But I am something of a knife sharpening geek. I have read several books on the subject and even reviewed one on amazon (http://www.amazon.com/An-Edge-Kitchen-Ultimate-Knives/dp/0061188484/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top) so you will…
