Gillette Fusion Proglide Silvertouch Power Men’s Razor

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED: Let me first start off by saying that I am a black male who does not use razors often to shave because I suffer from razor bumps. I usually use electric shavers for the reason of razor bumps. So, when I received the Fusion ProGlide Power with NEW FlexBall Handle Technology by Gillette I was a little skeptical.

When I received the product in the mail, I decided to give it a try. First thing first, the directions on using the new product are terrible. No proper directions were given at all; however, it is shaving so I guess they assumed that all men shaved before. After I used the product, I have to admit that I experienced a very close shave. This was one of the closest shave I had in a long time. Experiencing a close shave was not my concern, but the development of razors bumps. To my surprise, two days after shaving, no razor bumps. This is a pleasant surprise and I will probably continue to use the product. A Blade Stabilizer maintains optimal blade spacing for comfort, while allowing the blades to respond to the contours of a man’s face. Plus, the Streamlined Comfort Guard channels excess shaving cream to produce optimal blade contact, stretching the skin for a close, comfortable shave. The innovative MicroComb, exclusive to Fusion ProGlide SilverTouch Power, helps guide stubble to the blades. And the razor’s Enhanced Lubrastrip (vs. Fusion) is infused with mineral oil and lubricating polymers that allow the Gillette Fusion ProGlide to move smoothly over skin, even on repeat strokes.
