I love this brush! It’s soft, portable, and high quality. A very nice companion to my travel essentials, this is similar to my other Simpson brushes in quality and overall shaving experience. I did, at one point, keep it in the storage “position,” which was a problem, as a strange green something (I could only assume it was a kind of mold or something) started forming near the base of the bristles. A short dip in some boiling water too care of the problem, and I now keep it…
The brush is stiff but holds a volume of water greater than its small size would suggest. The backbone is stiff but fans sufficiently and without irritating the face. For its size, this is a superb brush of great design. To work any better, it would have to be bigger, but that would defeat its travel purpose.
