Great customer service. First off, I am the only person to review this item that did not receive it at a discount in exchange for my “honest and unbiased review.” That said, this is a nice looking razor. It is a bit too heavy for my taste, but it seems to be well balanced. The reason I gave it 2 stars is, it’s almost impossible to get the blade in straight. Also, the blade isn’t even on both sides.
