I like that it is rechargeable and that it has a variety of uses. It really stays charge for a long while.

No problems yet, works as it should and has a pretty long battery life. I’ve got pretty coarse hair though so cleaning it thoroughly gets a bit tasking. I’ve used all the head types and they work well enough. Be sure to test somewhere that’s hairy that you don’t care about though, when using the adjustable length add-ons for the two heads
